MUST-KNOWN
- Please remember to check your fighting attire. We adhere to the rules regarding the appearance
of your uniforms, as outlined in the WKF Regulations. The organizer does not provide rental or
purchase of appropriate equipment, so please ensure this before arriving at the competition.
- This year, a medical certificate certifying the health of participants is required. Please prepare
these documents before arrival and present them when collecting your accreditation.
- August 22nd will be a preparation and information day for you. The various elements of the day
will take place at the ARCHE Polonez Hotel, where you will be staying.
REQUIRED INFORMATION
The weigh-in will take place between 10:00 AM and 1:15 PM. Your attendance is mandatory.
Those who fail to attend the weigh-in will be disqualified.
At 2:00 PM, there will be a General Technical Meeting, where representatives of all competing
teams are required to attend. A drawing will take place during the GTM, and you will be informed
about the logistics for the following days.
August 23-25 is your fight time! Fights will begin at 9:00 AM daily. During the championships, all
fighters preparing for their fights, along with their coaches, are asked to report to the meeting
room, which will also have a tatami mat. Everyone will be escorted to the fighting field by a team
of volunteers. Please arrive on time to avoid missing your fight.
TRAININGS
- Hotel ARCHE Polonez - Trainings will be held on August 22nd from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and on
August 23rd from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Registration for training sessions will take place during the
accreditation process on August 21st, so please contact the person responsible for registration.
Training sessions will last 45-50 minutes and will start on the hour. A maximum of 15 people can
be registered for a single training session. Please note that registration is required for this
training location and will be verified by the training coordinator at the ARCHE Polonez hotel.
- Arena Ursynów - training will be held from August 23rd to 25th during competition hours. A
tatami mat will be available for you, but registration will not be required.
During the event, we will also be running a WhatsApp group where we will be posting updates.
Team managers and interested parties are encouraged to join us. We will be in constant contact
during the competition, allowing us to resolve any issues and concerns.
