ACCOMMODATION
Officials (VIPs, EUSA delegates, ISF and NSF representatives, etc.) will be accommodated at the 4-star Hotel Golden Tulip Warsaw Airport. Competitors, team officials, and referees will stay at Arche Hotels, which are also high standard hotels located conveniently close to both the airport and the sports venues.
Guests will have double and triple rooms at their disposal. Heads of delegations, VIPs, and EUSA representatives will be provided with single rooms. Bed linens will be provided and are ready to use. Towels and soap will be available in each room, which also includes a private toilet. All rooms are equipped with a hairdryer.
Towels will be exchanged upon request, but not more frequently than every three days. All hotels will offer free Wi-Fi internet access.

Any personal items left behind in the room will be kept for 3 months. Said items may be send to a designated addres at Guest's expense. In case of not contacting the Hotel to inform it of such a request, after 3 months the items will be utilized. Food may be kept for 2 days since Guest's check out.
Check-in, check-out procedure:
Once accreditation is received, room key cards will be provided, allowing entry to the hotel room. Hotel rooms are available from 16:00 on arrival day. Subject to room availability, hotels will do their best to allow early check-in for those who arrive early.
On the day of departure, check-out is required by 10:00 AM. If the actual departure time is later, luggage can be stored at the reception for later pickup. On the day of each guest's departure, hotel staff will inspect the room starting at 10:00 AM

CATERING
Competitors and team officials will be catered at the restaurant in the Arche Hotels. Restaurants are air-conditioned and non-smoking. We do not serve alcohol to guests under 18.
Menu will be composted considering various diets and allergies. Breakfast will be served at buffet style, for lunch and dinner hotel restaurants will serve a hot main course. Participants can choose from the menus at their disposal) with detailed labelling of each dish. The quality and quantity of food will be within the EUSA minimum requirements.
Access to drinking water will be unlimited for all accredited people.
It is worth mentioning that tap water in Poland is drinkable.
Hours of serving meals:
· Breakfast: 6:30 – 10:00
· Lunch: 13:00 – 16:00
· Dinner: 18:00 – 21:00
The Organizing Committee ensures meals for all participants, starting with dinner on the Arrival Day (August 21st) and ending with breakfast on the Departure Day (August 26th). For those who arrive before 3:00 PM on August 21st, lunch will also be provided.
The Officials (VIPs, EUSA delegates and representatives, ISF and NSF representatives, referees, technical staff etc.) will have at their disposal the hotel restaurant at the place of Accommodation. Additional meals will be available on demand (payable by demander)
Attention!
Dinner will not be served at the hotels on Friday (22.08.2025). Food packages will be prepared for all attendees and distributed at Służewiec Racetrack before the Opening Ceremony based on the cards provided during accreditation. The Head of Delegation is required to distribute them to their athletes. Lunchboxes cannot be collected after the Opening Ceremony!
