QUICK RULES FOR PARTICIPANTS OF THE OPENING CEREMONY
The Opening Ceremony of the EUC Combat Sports Warsaw 2025 will take place on Friday, 22 August at 7:00 PM in the Sluzewiec Racecourse (Puławska 266, 02-684 Warsaw)
All participating teams are invited to attend the opening ceremony.
Participants must arrive at the venue by 6:00 PM at the latest. Transport from each hotel will be provided. To take part in the procession, teams should gather at the entrance of the Służewiec Racecourse (main entrance). There, members of the Organizing Committee and volunteers will be waiting to assist with information.
After 6:25 PM, participants will be arranged in columns in order of arrival, coordinated by volunteers. The procession will be led by volunteers carrying the EUCC Warsaw 2025 flag. At least one team member from each participating university must be represented in the march. Once inside the arena, teams will be guided by volunteers to their designated seats in the grandstand, from where they will be able to watch the opening ceremony seated.
During the official part of the ceremony, there will be speeches and artistic performances.
EUCC Warsaw 2025 partners, competition staff, EUSA Office representatives, and VIP guests will be seated in the auditorium during the opening ceremony.
