ACCREDITATION VENUE
Accreditation will take place at the accommodation venue of the athletes in the conference rooms in two Arche hotels.
ACCOMMODATION
Competitors and team officials will be accommodated at the Arche Hotel (Krakowska, Poloneza and Geologiczna) – 4-star hotels located close to the airport and sport venues. They will have for their disposal twin and triple bed rooms up to 23 m² (single rooms for heads of delegations, each with an own toilet. Towels will be exchanged at least 2 times during the Championship and always on request.
The Officials (VIPs, EUSA delegates and representatives, ISF and NSF representatives etc.) and referees will be also accommodated at a high standard hotel - Hotel Golden Tulip.
CATERING
Competitors and team officials will be catered at the restaurant in the Arche Hotel. Menu will be composted considering various diets and allergies. Access to drinking water will be unlimited for all accredited people.
The Officials (VIPs, EUSA delegates and representatives, ISF and NSF representatives, referees, technical staff etc.) will have at their disposal the hotel restaurant at the place of accommodation. Their daily menu will meet all standards of a high class, four-star hotel.
